Lughmani

Lughmani, the natives of the Lughman district, Jalalabad, north-east Afghanistan; they are said to be chiefly Ghilzaes and Tajiks, though speaking a language closely allied to that of the Siah Posh Kafirs (Kafiristan), and nearly the same as the Pashae and Kohistani north of Kabul. All these are Galcha tongues intermediate between the Iranian and Sanskritic families.
