Locri

Locri, a Grecian people found on the AEgean coast opposite Eubcaa (Loori Opuntii) and between Phocis and AEtolia (Locri Ozolae). The former founded (B.C. 683) the colony of Locri Epizephyrii, a city of Lower Italy, now Gerace, north of the promontory of Zephyrium.
