Guzman Bianco

Guzman-Bianco, Antonio, was born at Caracas in 1830. From 1863-68 he was Vice-President of Venezuela, and being driven from power he re-established himself in 1870, and though not always nominally President was the real arbiter of the country. In 1889 he was deposed while absent in Europe on public affairs.
