Bradley Edward

Bradley, Edward, Rev. (1827-1889), born at Kidderminster. Educated at Durham University, he was presented to the living of Denton, Hunts, then to Shelton, near Oakham, and next to Lenton, near Grantham. He was best known as "Cuthbert Bede," his nom-de-plume, and as the author of Verdant Green, his most popular production.
